1、According to the material category, implement global/regional/local procurement’s instructions and fulfil the needs of   local procurement, support sourcing manager to manage supplier sourcing and development to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable service level to meet the request of PVM business growth.
2、Execute effective supplier management system and performance evaluation program to get continuous improvement at supplier service

3、Manage the cost structure management system to get the material supply with best competitive cost

4、Cooperate with PD/marketing to achieve the yearly material development plan and cost re-engineering project

5、Manage price system of identified key material market trend and have a better control of purchasing price in strategic level

任职要求：

1、Bachelor's degree or Above. 

2、Experience in planning & project management in FMCG industry at least 2-3 years

3、Fluent English in both writing and oral. 

4、Strong communication skill

5、 Knowledge of Packaging product/industry

6、 Knowledge of Quality control system

7、Proficient in office tool: SAP, outlook, excel, PPT etc.

8、Strong communication skill & Problem solving

9、Needs to have business trip to sites within China/global
