About the Role

You will lead the HR function based in Guangzhou, China.

The role is a newly created position and will be hands on and focused on working closely with our leaders and employees to assist in achieving business outcomes. You will be involved in a wide variety of initiatives including resourcing, recruitment, performance management, employment relations and organisational development and design. 

We have a successful coaching culture which enables us to work closely and collaboratively with our employees to ensure they can fulfill their potential and that we can utilise their skills and experience in the most effective and positive way.

Skills & Experience

As this is a new and critical role in our business, you will need to be able to jump straight in and get things done. You must have at least 7 years HR generalist experience at a HR business partner/HR Manager level. You will have strong commercial skills and the ability to partner closely with our business. You will have strong communication skills and be fluent in English. A Degree qualification (or higher) in Human Resources is preferred.
