1.New product development projects management which complied with the Bystronic relevant processes like Quality Gates, and ISO relevant systems like ISO9001/14001/45001.

根据百超公司的相关流程进行新产品开发项目管理，如质量门、ISO 9001/14001/45001等质量体系

2.Lead the whole project management process groups on Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Control and Closing to guarantee the project targets can be achieved on Time, Cost and Quality.

领导项目管理的全过程，包括项目启动、策划、实施、监控和关闭，确保项目目标按时完成，同时要兼顾项目成本和质量。

3.Establish and implement the reporting system regularly.

建立和实施定期报告系统；

4.Communicate with global project team regularly.

定期与全球项目团队沟通。

5.Prepare and archive Organization Process Assets regularly. (i.e. project documentations)

定期准备和归档组织过程中的相关资料和资产。（比如：项目文件等）

6. Project team construction and collaboration

项目团队的建设与合作。

7.Other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor

主管领导交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background.

本科及以上学历，工科背景。

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering

机械工程专业学士学位及以上

An additional commercial qualification (e.g. MBA) would be a plus

工商管理学位（MBA）优先

2. 5+ years project management experiences.

PMP or global project management experiences are preferred.

5年以上项目管理经验，有PMP或全球项目管理经验者优先。

3. Be familiar with New Product Development Process and Product Life Cycle Management.

熟悉新产品开发流程和产品生命周期管理。

4. English skill in both speaking and writing is MUST.

熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力。

5. Presentation and reporting skills are Must.

具备良好的展示、汇报能力；

6. MS Office skills are MUST.

良好的办公软件应用技能，熟练使用Word、Excel、Power Point、Project、Visio、Outlook等

软件。

7. SAP operation experience would be preferred.

有SAP操作经验者优先。

8. Team work spirit and good communication skill is MUST.

必须具备良好的团队合作精神和较强的沟通能力。

9. Positive attitude together with consciousness of risk.

具备积极的工作态度，同时具有敏锐的风险意识。
