Life Club & Career Advancement intern and part-time coordinator is working on team basis to provide EF adult students with real life learning experience. The position provides excellent opportunities to discover your potentials and interests in marketing, customer service, event operation, and new media. You might also have the chance to acquire the Letter of Recommendation or school credits, and to participate team building events as benefits.

Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Plan and complete all monthly paperwork and the calendar process with the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

在区域主管/经理的指导下计划、跟进并完成每月活动月历等行政工作

2. Create, develop, prepare and help deliver regular events as part of a team.

作为团队的一员，策划、跟进、准备并执行常规活动；

3. Conduct event follow-up calls and track student satisfaction and relevant feedback

活动现场协助老师，活动后跟进后期反馈；

4. Work with the supervisor on developing new media content and collecting data

更新活动新媒体宣传资料， 为如微信公众号，海报，朋友圈等撰写文案；

5. Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site.

能代替临时缺席的同事完成工作任务；

6. Report to supervisor on daily basis

完成主管交付的日常工作。

Qualifications 能力要求

1. Be able to commit 20 hours per week

能保证一周工作20小时（尽量一周能来公司2-3次）；

2. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (CET 6 or TEM 4 least)

较强的中、英文听说读写，及中英互译能力；

3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and new media platforms

熟练运用如Excel、Word等办公软件；有设计经历为加分项。

4. Attention to details; proficient in writing skills.

较高的细节把控能力及文字功底。

5. Initiative working attitude and problem-solving skill is a must and excellent communication & organizational skill is desirable.

具有主动性，和解决问题能力；合作精神，交流，和组织能力为必备项；
