DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Develop and Implement approved sourcing strategy in order to achieve company strategic objectives ensure highest quality at lowest cost with best delivery terms.
2. Be the expert in the forefront understanding the technology and market trend for fast moving medical instruments, health industry goods especially PPE products in US.
3. Identify, quality and develop competitive, socially compliant suppliers matching our sourcing strategy, take the business development plan into consideration, to ensure cost competitiveness, quality standards and supply security.
4. Conduct industry research and have a high degree of technical and business knowledge within healthy commodity
5. Plan, organize, and implement sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with the Product Team of our business customers to ensure full alignment on product requirements and timely developments
6. Drive projects with key input to facilitate decision making on product, workflow, and sourcing related topics, and achieve all deliverables and integral performance
7. Work with Product team and Quality team to drive project and supplier improvement on capacity, quality and delivery etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Degree holder in Business Studies, Supply Management, medical instruments or similar subjects.

2. +5 Years of experience in Product Development/ Project Management/ Sourcing.

3. Extensive knowledge and experience in healthy products, PPE product will be preferred.

4. Good understanding on compliance requirements in US market.

5. Customer oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

7. Strong analytical mind set, problem solving and project management skills

8. Drive for results and accountability; Cooperative and good team player

9. Acts consistently with business ethics
