此实习岗位只面对在读大三或大四在校生，在岗时间可面议。

Job Scopes:

· Assist on the on-boarding and termination related work

· Assist the preparation of Orientation materials and all kinds of training

· Assist the photo/video shooting of all trainings & activities, organizing & coordinating activities and publish the graphic message etc.

· Assist the recruitment event, supporting interviews appointment and arrangement, including scheduling, location, transportation, meal, etc. to ensure the smooth running of an interview event

· Assist with all assigned HR related work, e.g. office admin, translation and so on

Qualification:

· Undergraduates who can perform no less than 6 months internship

· Advanced communication skill and learning skill, with creative & comprehensive thinking

· Willing to take challenge and enjoy working in a fast pace working environment

· Familiar with MS software

· Fluent in English speaking and writing is a MUST
