Job Description:
1.Lead and supervise the daily entire assembly operation to meet the required output and quality;

2.Management of the assembly line workers according to production processes to meet the quality, quantity and financial budget targets;

3.Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations;

4.Make monthly capacity plan and production report;

5.Follow EHS (Environment/Health/Safety) safety standards;

6.Lead continuous improvement activities regarding production process, quality and work efficiency;

7.Continue to use lean tools and promote employee engagement for improving productivity;

8.Maintains equipment and machines to optimize production output;

9.Continuously look for cost reduction opportunities and guide projects to implement these cost reductions;

10.Promote 5S throughout all production departments and areas;

11.Define the training needs for production employees and deliver production related trainings.


Job Requirements:
1.College/university engineering degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering;

2.Excellent time management and project scheduling with contingency plans;

3.Good SAP experience with PP module;

4.Good understanding of manufacturing philosophy such as lean, JIT etc with international companies;

5.Good team player, details oriented and results driven;

6.Attitude toward working: Hard working, able to motivate team spirits and meet/exceed goals, and able to work under pressure;

7.Ethnical business practices: Willing and able to serve as a role model with high standards;

8.Over 8 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in similar position.
