职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司主要生产目标和计划确定，编制年度生产作业计划，定期组织召开公司月度生产计划协调会，科学组织生产调度、管理和控制；
2、负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督及实施执行；
3、实施生产过程的策划，制定适当的作业指导书，负责对运营全过程和质量管理体系实施控制；
4、抓好制造、安装现场管理，正确使用设备和工装，做好生产设备、计量器具维护检修的管理并定期维护保养，确保在用设备处于正常使用状态，做好产品防护工作，确保生产环境符合文明生产、安全、环保等要求；
5、参加技术管理标准、生产工艺流程、新产品开发方案审定工作，不断提高生产效率；
6、负责公司运营生产过程的采购、外包，负责库房管理；
7、负责组织部门管理人员的业务指导和培训工作，并对其工作定期检查、考核和评比；
