? Support and help to develop program goals (cost target, time to market, quality goal, competitiveness) that support business objectives as well as develop and execute strategies and plans to meet these goals.
? Interface to senior executives on program phase review, program status reporting, product performance improvement, and revenue enhancement.
? Lead multiple core teams to execute programs according to line of business product roadmaps with members from different execution functions.
? Based on the internal program management process, to oversee:
o The design, development, system integration, verification and deployment of products
o Programs which includes procurement, software, electronics, mechanical and packaging functions.
? Manage program risks by identifying and tracking mitigation plans over the development cycle. Also support in generating RFI/RFQ for ODMs/OEMs and supplier selection.
? Manage and drive external third party vendors and suppliers such as but not limited to EMS, ODMs/OEMs, system design houses, and quality assurance providers.
? Investigates and resolves problems reported by customers and/or internal stakeholders
? work closely with Chipset and module maker in the Wireless technology for support the management in intelligence technology
? Have a good network in wireless technology for intelligence technology
