工作职责：

1、主持负责全国区域的市场营销、业务工作；

   

2、完成公司拟定的销售业绩目标；

    

3、参与公司的团队建设日常营运管理；

    

4、亲自主持辖区内的大型、重点工程项目的营销运作（设计推广、招投标、后期商务协调）；

    

5、负责工程货款的催收、保障公司的资金安全和正常流转；

任职要求：

      

1、在建筑工程行业有丰富的营销经验，人脉资源丰富，至少三年以上一线营销工作经验；

    

  

2、在政府相关部门、建筑工程、幕墙、钢结构、室内外装饰工程行业有广泛的人脉关系；

    

    

3、认同集体利益与荣誉，具有积极的进取心和坚韧的信念，能带领和培养狼性的营销团队；

    

    

4、具备相应的建筑知识和经验，熟练商务沟通和公文写作、招投标流程；

    

    

5、具备商务接待、项目运作、沟通协调工作经验和能力；
