1. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering

2. Background in elastomer engineering in automotive & medical will be value added

3. > 2 year working experience in Automotive/Medical rubber

4. Know-how of Silicon rubber technology

5 Good computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point

6. Abel to read 2D and 3D drawing

7. Good command in English

8. Good communication skill and presentation skill

9. Strong interpersonal skill, aggressive and positive
