工作职责   Responsibilities

• 解决所负责的产品所发生的机械电子问题，保证产品质量和产量要求。通过与团队合作，提高生产效率，降低不良率。

• Resolve mechanical or electronic issues from manufacturing of responsible product, to ensure product quality and delivery requirement. Work with team members to improve production productivity and reduce the scrap rate.                                                            

• 组织协调MSE2 的BPS 活动、开展BPS的workshop，提高整个部门的BPS 成熟度水平。 

• Coordinate MSE2 BPS activities, organize BPS workshop, improve BPS maturity level throughout the whole organization.

• 日常维护生产过程。

• Daily production process maintenance.

• 准备以及跟新相关资料，如PFMEA/Control Plan/PQI。

• Update related documents as PFMEA/Control Plan/PQI.

• 分析不足并解决问题，如客诉的8D/PSS。

• Defect analysis and problem solving, including customer 8D/PSS.

• 对现有产品的改良和提升。

• CIP project for quality and productivity improvement.
