Job Description *

1. Responsible for overall reviewing AP transactions and preparing reports for internal and external customers

2. Communication with internal and external department heads to solve some issues or do needful training for new finance procedures implementation

3. Prepare regular training to team members to improve the work efficiency

4. Schedule all the AP tasks regularly and drive to complete as schedule.

5. Support supervisor/team leader to provide high efficiency team management

6. Ad hoc tasks allocated by manager.

Job Requirements *

1. College graduation or above, with accounting related major

2. At least 4 years relevant work experience with over 1 years supervising experience in multinational or foreign company

3. Be familiar with AP/Expense Claim, have clear concept to VAT and Corporation Income Tax

4. Experience in handling overall accounting processing is preferred

5. Proficient in English: Read & Write

6. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;

7. Experience in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Baan is preferred

8. Proficient in office software Excel
