1. Coordinate with Sales team, QA, factories and test lab to make sure all items on the check list for FOB test are arranged on time, review sample before submitting to outside lab, coordinate with lab and ensure report could release on time. And updates are provided on time , achieve no shipment delay or penalty due to outside lab test arrangement . Hold QA accountable to test deadlines.
2. Closely follow up outside lab's test failure and work with QA to complete Correct Action Plan on time.
3. Lead the process of uploading and updating of all FOB test report, on time check the invoices and work with ACC dept to settle the payments. Make sure our documentation is always accurate and updated. 
4. Coordinate the sample process in the office ,perform administrative tasks to help make the QA team more efficient.

Requirements: 

1. College degree or above.
2. No work experience limited, fresh graduates with English or relative major are welcome.
3. Fluent in written English 
4. Self motivated, work well both individually and cooperatively.
