1、Attain short and long term revenue and other financial goals assigned by the Company.

2、Identify market potentials and develop plans to maximize market share of an assigned territory through new customer acquisition and NBO.

3、Manage focus list customer and Drive effective growth of customer business. Fulfill the sales target. Build strategic relationship with key customers.

4、Working with our distribution partners to acquire new customers.

5、Work with BDM/TSMs/GPMs to identify and drive new product opportunities. 

6、Prepare annual budget, monthly forecast, market analysts and other sales reports whenever necessary.

7、Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：

1.  5 years Sales experience in Automotive.

2.   proven record of key account management or distribution management.

3.   Familiar with switch products and at least 3 years sales experience in similar products.

4. Familiar with Tier 1/2 customer in automotive industry(main Tier1/2 customer like ALV/Yihang/CAEA/Daming)，Experience with actual product and project success stories.

5. Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
