Responsibilities:                                                                   

• Fully responsible to handle all aspects of sales functions to target customers accounts
• Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully maintaining existing customers and developing new customers

·       Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control that expands company’s customer base and ensures its presence in core markets

·       Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationships by frequent communication and follow up

·       Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control

·       Present sales, revenue and profit reports as well as develop and manage realistic forecasts to Senior Management teams

·       Identify emerging markets, market shifts and product trends while understanding consumer needs and competitor status

·       Coordinating market and customer development together with the Marketing Department and/or Product Management Team

·       Coordinating order development together with the SCM Department

·       Ensure all Sales activities, processes and procedures are in accordance with the company standards

·       Work with different type of customers as well as different customer requirements (online, offline, brand, private label, gifting, …)

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business or business related field

·       3 to 5 years working experience within an active Sales position

·       Proven record in developing new customers

·       Proven record in planning and executing Sales Budgets

·       Experience in customer relationship management

·       Experience in working within cross functional environments

·       Experience in working within different cultures

·       Very skilled in working with Microsoft Office, mainly Powerpoint and Excel

·       Experience within the Beauty industry as well as an existing contact network within the Beauty industry is a must

·       Experience in the Private Label industry is a plus

·       Skilled to work independently with the ability to be a team player

·       Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin, Cantonese or any other East Asian language is a plus

·       Flexibility to travel frequently to meet with customers
