MISSIONS

You will be at the heart of the company global process and play a key role in the fulfilment process.  As a manager, you need to liaise daily with General Manager and provide daily reports regarding your activities, and you need to be proactive and share in a timely manner any issue that could affect the logistic or the related commercial activities.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Optimize the logistics activities
• Manage logistics personnel, logistics systems and direct daily operations.
• Negotiate with logistics suppliers and validate storage and shipping costs
• Resolve problems and continuous improvements concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports
• Monitor and achieve improvements of cost control, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness objectives

• Find new suppliers for new or innovative products or services
• Explore markets, find potential new suppliers that can meet cost, time, and quantity requirements.
• Ensure a technological and economical watch.
• Negotiate purchases with each supplier
• Negotiate with each supplier the expected quantities of products at the best quality conditions, price, and deadlines, taking into account technical and commercial objectives in order to maximize cost and margin.
• Track contract execution, relaunch suppliers if necessary, to limit delivery errors or delays.
• Control delivered goods, their transport conditions, and/or service compliance.
• Controlling invoices.
• Assessing supplier quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, a strong sense of curiosity
• 5+ years’ experience in logistics and experience in Sourcing, experience in the telephone industry is preferred
• Understand the technical aspects of products and be curious about new products
• Anticipate business developments and needs
• Have experience in management
• Good knowledge of the office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, ...)
• Able to speak in Chinese and French fluently
