1. 不合格产品的识别和沟通。
2. 协助解决反复出现的问题。·
3. 对亚洲供应商与产品相关的所有流程执行检查、测量和测试。
4. 促进与供应商质量改进团队合作。
5. 提供检验、取样和过程控制；
6. 对供应商进行产品及其生产能力进行评估；
7. 审核产品和生产流程；
8. 必要时对产品进行检查和测试；
9. 参与和推动纠正措施；
10. 支持我们的愿景和指导原则。
11. 支持精博国际和NOF办公家具的愿景、指导原则和其他政策。·
12. 与亚洲供应商就国家供应商质量手册进行沟通；
13. 跟踪并支持质量体系。
14. 支持我们的环境管理系统。

任职要求：

1. 3年以上工作经验

2. 木制家具工作背景优先

3. 责任心强，有担当，善于沟通，服从管理

High Level Statement of the Role:

1. Data collection, analysis and communication of in-house and supplier quality data.

2. Sourced product inspection

3. Supplier manufacturing process audit

Roles and Responsibilities:

(Include Safety and Environmental, Quality, and Job Specific Roles and Responsibilities)

? Indentification and communication of nonconforming product.

? Assist with problem solving on recurring issues.

? Perform inspection, measuring, and test equipment requirements for all processes related to NOF sourced products on the Asian supplier sites

? Facilitate and/or work with the suppliers quality improvement teams

? Provide inspection, sampling and process control requirements

? Perform product and/or process capability studies

? Auditing product or processes

? Perform in-process inspection and testing when required

? Participate in and drive corrective actions

? Supports our Vision and Guiding Principles.

? Support the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball International and National Office Furniture.

? Communicate with the Asia suppliers on National Supplier Quality Manual; Follow and support the Quality system.

? Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
