l Major in electronic engineering, finance or international trade is preferred.

l Good understanding and knowledge of plastic and molding industries.

l  At least 5- year experience in material sourcing/purchasing and supply base management field.

l  Experienced in selection, evaluation and qualification of different kinds of suppliers.

l  Strong project scheduling and good time management.    

良好的时间管理以及工作计划安排

    

l  Initiative, self-disciplined, team work and responsibility.

l  Good negotiation & communication skills.

• Understood ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015 management system, be familiar with ISO22716 cosmetic GMP management system.

了解ISO9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820 / SOR98/282-2015管理体系，熟悉ISO22716化妆品良好生产规范的要求。

    

    

3.  Responsibilities:

职责：

• Be responsible for ISO 9001/14001/ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820 / SOR98/282-2015 /ISO22716 management system related activities,      

负责本部门ISO9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015/ISO22716管理体系相关工作的开展，

    

l  Handle daily issues of departments, and manage, direct, train and evaluation.

负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估，

    

l  Lead purchasing team collect material market information, and forecast the supply sourcing and trend.

组织领导采购人员搜集物料市场信息，预测可供货源及其趋势，

    

l  Analyze frequency and fright system to determine long-term and short-term suppliers and supply channels; 

分析时常和货运配送系统，确定短期和长期的供应商和供应渠道，

    

l  Responsible for managing and evaluation of new suppliers. 

负责新开发供应商的管理以及评估，

    

l  Responsible for the material input for new project

负责新项目的材料的导入，

    

l  Responsible for check of purchasing cost, cost control.

负责采购价格审核、预算、报价，达到有效的成本控制，

    

l  Maintain the relation with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.   

维持与供应商的关系,协商竞争价，

    

l  Review due payments

    负责应付款的审查工作，

    

l  Responsible for coordinate of purchasing other department.
