工作职责(Responsibilities)：

1、 负责组织编制产品质量提高、改进、管理、计量管理等工作计划。

Responsible for plan of quality continuous improvement and manage the calibration and measurement.

2、 组织实施、检查、协调、考核，及时处理和解决各种质量问题。

Organize to investigate, check, co-ordinate and solve various quality problem.

3、 负责对公司产品、工作和服务质量进行监督、检查、协调和管理。

Responsible for product quality, workmanship quality and service quality check and co-ordination.

4、 定期组织质量检查员、计量员、等岗位的质量教育培训，强化质量管理，提高公司全员质量意识和质量管理水平。

Organize the training of quality inspector, measurement people periodically, enhance quality concept and achieve total quality management.

5、 客户反馈和投诉的处理，分析具体问题所在，协调问题处理。

Customer feedback and complaint handle investigate the root cause and drive for corrective and preventive actions.

6、 新产品导入的质量控制，跟踪实际生产质量。

NPI quality control, to follow the actual process quality.

7、 建立通用检验标准;并保证标准的落实情况。

Create a universal inspection standard; and follow the implementation.

8、 可靠性测试和确保质量体系有效文件,维护公司质量体系有效运行。

Responsible for product reliability and responsible for QMS implementation and effectiveness.

9、 根据预定的标准最终放行成品以及处理任何产品相关的不符合项。

Finished goods final release based on defined quality criteria and handle any product related nonconformity.

10、 处理上级交办的其他事宜。

Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任职要求 (Qualification) ：

1，7年以上相关品质管理工作经验，具有酒店灯具行业背景优先。

Above 7 years' working experience related to quality management , having hospitality and home Lingting working exprience is preferred.

2、 英语读写熟练，可进行日常交际。

Not only proficient in reading and writing, but also use in daily communication.
