Retail Operation:

• Establish industry awareness and have a basic understanding of the scope and size of ECCO China Retail Operation.
• Learn and deliver ECCO brand culture, have a clear training workflow, and support retail training programs.
• Understand retail tools-kit, and support mini-projects in order to have a better understanding of retail operation.
• Prepare regular sales analysis reports, drive sales performance and recommend innovative sales plan if possible.
• Explore the brand-lead partnership program and try to support and cooperation with dealers.

Store Attachment:

• Be familiar with store retail operations and enforce ECCO standards at the store level, including retail systems & process, shop merchandise, people management, shop opening & closure, etc.
• With special periods of store practice, master sales skills, store operation standards, and learn to manage store business independently.

Merchandising:

• Understand the basics of product and competitor brands and be able to come up with some seasonal trend information collection input.
• Learn the retail merchandising KPIs, and be able to conduct the regular retail merchandising reports

Marketing:

• Understand and learn the CRM project and support CRM related project.
• Learn and understand visual merchandising rules and tools in both retail and whole sale market, deal with and develop VM campaign for dealers.
• Support retail marketing needs based on the stores requirement

ONE Year Program:

• 10 months in Shanghai retail office
• 2 months in Shanghai Ecco stores

You will develop diverse functional knowledge, methodology, strategic view and leadership by being assigned to critical job roles.
