1.负责生产过程的直通率，参与安会，品质，交期相关目标改善的活动。

Responsible for the direct pass rate of the production process, and participate in the activities related to the improvement of safety meeting, quality and delivery time.

2.参与并主导生产线精益持续改善，提高生产效率，包括治具的设计，设备的改进，Layout的优化，新工艺的引进, 等等

Participate in and lead continuous improvement of production line. Improve production efficiency，including fixture design，equip improvement, layout optimization, new workmanship adoption. Etc.

3.负责支持生产线员，组长及主管进行持续改善，文件化，以及标准化作业的改进。

Support Operators, Team Leader/Supervisor in development, documentation, and improvement of standard work.

4.维护和改进现有的作业指导书，流程图，使其更加清晰易懂并能促进生产流拉平衡，维护现有的PFMEA。

Maintain and Improve existing instructions and flow chart that are easy to understand and enable flow. Maintain existing PFMEA.

5.参加与制程相关的跨部门层级会议

Participate in all pertinent process/cell and function tiered accountability meetings.

6.处理生产异常，当生产发生暂停或者停拉的时候，全力支持，快速发应，以时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理。

Fully engage in rapid response protocol for direct support to the Operations process (holds, line stops, etc.). Escalate issues immediately if there is risk to due date.

7.支持参与和制程相关的Kaizen活动，或者其它所有关于问题解决和持续改善的活动。

Support all relevant kaizen and other problem solving and improvement activity.

8.识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与生产组长或者主管沟通潜在风险。

Report all safety incidents immediately; communicate near misses or potential safety issues to team leader or supervisor

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1. 1.本科及本科以上学历，主修机械或电子或理工类工程学科

Major in Mechanical or Electronic or IE, bachelor’s degree, or other engineering disciplines。

2.3年或者3年以上相关岗位经验，电缆组件，线束连接行业优先。

3+ Years of working experience in relevant position, cable assembly experience is preferred.

3. 熟悉焊接工艺(手工焊/激光焊/点焊/热压焊),打胶工艺（UV胶/AB胶/热熔胶），镀膜工艺（线材镀膜），冲压工艺（端子冲压），压接工艺。掌握其中一种工艺优先，其他工艺要达到了解的程度。

Be familiar with soldering process (manual/laser/welding/hot-bar), potting process (UV /AB/hot-melt adhesive), coating process (wire coating), stamping process (terminal stamping), and crimping process. Mastering one of the processes is preferred, and the other processes should be understood.

4.有用DOE分析做过以上工艺的上下限研究，做过以上工艺的CPK研究。

Using DOE to analyze the upper and lower limit of above processes and do the study for the CPK value.

5.熟悉6sigma/鱼骨图/5why/PFMEA/DFM等质量工具，以解决生产问题

Familiar with quality tools like 6sigma/Fish-bone/5why/PFMEA/DFM to resolve productions issues.

6. 工作积极，能在高压环境下工作

Work actively and can work under high pressure.

7. 快速反应能力

Quickly response capability.

8.有Lean-Six sigma 项目绿带者优先。

Certificated Lean-Six sigma green belt is preferred.

9.英语读写良好，大学英语四级优先。

Good at writing and reading English, CET-4 is preferred.
