1.协助工程师进行数据统计，过程跟进，记录，及初步分析

Assist Process Engineer for Data collection, process tracking, record and preliminary Analysis

2.在工程师的指导下完成作业指导书和流程图 的制作，维护以及更新并培训员工

Under the guidance of engineer, complete the production of operation instruction and flow chart, maintain, update and train the operator.

3.支持生产线员，组长及主管进行持续改善，文件化，以及标准化作业的改进

Support Operators, Team Leader/Supervisor in development, documentation, and improvement of standard work

4.协助工程师处理生产异常，当生产发生暂停或者停拉的时候，全力支持，快速反应，以时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理

Assist PE engineer to Fully engage in rapid response protocol for direct support to the  process (holds, line stops, etc.). Escalate issues immediately if there is risk to due date

5.支持参与和制程相关的Kaizen活动，或者其它所有关于问题解决和持续改善的活动

Support all relevant kaizen and other improving actions for problem solving and continuous improving action.

6.识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与相关工程师沟通潜在风险

Report all safety incidents immediately; communicate near misses or potential safety issues to Process Engineer.

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1.大专以上学历，理工科专业

College degree or above， major in Science and Engineering, industry.

2.1年或者1年以上相关岗位经验，电缆组件，线束连接行业优先

1+ Years of working experience in relevant position, cable assembly experience is preferred

3.熟悉运用办公软件

Skilled in Office software such as excel and word

4.英语读写良好，大学英语三级, 四级更好.

Good at writing and reading English，CET-3 is must, CET-4  will be preferred.
