1.负责生产过程的直通率，参与安会，品质，交期相关目标改善的活动

A primary owner of process quality and roll through yield; a partner in meeting safety, quality, and delivery performance and improvement targets

2.参与并主导生产线精益持续改善，提高生产效率，包括治具的设计，设备的改进，Layout的优化，新工艺的引进, 等等

Lead process/continuous improvement team activities. Responsible to define productivity improvements， including fixture design, equip improvement, layout optimization, new workmanship adoption. Etc.

3.负责支持生产线员，组长及主管进行持续改善，文件化，以及标准化作业的改进

Support Operators, Team Leader/Supervisor in development, documentation, and improvement of standard work

4.维护和改进现有的作业指导书，流程图，使其更加清晰易懂并能促进生产流拉平衡，维护现有的PFMEA

Maintain and Improve existing instructions and flow chart that are easy to understand and enable flow. Maintain existing PFMEA

5.参加与制程相关的跨部门层级会议

Attend and participate in all pertinent process/cell and function tiered accountability meetings

6.处理生产异常，当生产发生暂停或者停拉的时候，全力支持，快速发应，以时给出解决方案，当问题风险增加时能立即主动升级处理

Fully engage in rapid response protocol for direct support to the Operations process (holds, line stops, etc). Escalate issues immediately if there is risk to due date

7.支持参与和制程相关的Kaizen活动，或者其它所有关于问题解决和持续改善的活动

Support all relevant kaizen and other problem solving and improvement activity

8.识别并主动报告生产安全风险，及时与生产组长或者主管沟通潜在风险

Report all safety incidents immediately; communicate near misses or potential safety issues to team leader or supervisor

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1.大专以上学历，理工科专业

College degree or above， major in Science and Engineering

2.6年或者6年以上相关岗位经验，电缆组件，线束连接行业优先

6+ Years of working experience in relevant position, cable assembly experience is preferred

3.有Lean-Six sigma 项目绿带者优先

Certificated Lean-Six sigma green belt is preferred

4.英语读写良好，大学英语四级优先

Good at writing and reading English，CET-4 is preferred
