负责应收账款的检查和监督，确保持续保持良好的回款率 Monitor invoicing, statement checking, and collection follow up process to make sure keep lower past due rate for AR

负责复核销售收入确认的准确性和及时性 Responsible for verifying the accuracy and timeliness of sales revenue recognition

审阅凭证的准确性及完整性，审阅BS Reconciliation Reconcile more complex accounts and check the accuracy of JE to ensure the accuracy and completion

负责各项财务分析报告, 确保财务报告的及时性、准确性 Analysis of financial results as compared to monthly objectives (plan/prior/forecast). Ensuring accurate and timely financial performance reporting to management

审核各项月度、季度纳税申报表，及税务账、总账、关务申报核对 Review VAT, withholding tax, Urban construction tax and Stam duty calculation working paper and supporting documents for monthly / quarterly tax filing; Review tax reconciliation (e.g. monthly tax accounts reconciliation, K3 Vs. customs declaration sheets reconciliation)

负责ICFR及季度审核工作 Perform/Review compliance and quarterly monitoring work in auditboard

协调并确保年度法审、税审、关联申报、同期资料等审计工作有序进行 Collaborate with external auditor (Big 4) to ensure smooth and accurate annual audit processes.

协调集团内审事项 Lead inter audit review and follow up the issue close.

制定和执行与应收账款和总账相关的政策和程序，并确保所有实体合规执行 Develop and implement policies and procedures relevant to AR or GL and ensure compliance as administered in all entities

根据需要推动业务流程改进计划的实施 Drive implementation of business process improvement initiatives to the team as required

确保按照要求更新和/或改进标准操作规程 Ensure updated and/or improved process documentation and SOPs as required 能用创新意识持续改善流程，以便团队能够以高效和经济有效的方式运作 Lead identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions and system enhancements so the team can operate in an efficient and cost-effective manner

协调与其他部门沟通事项 Co-ordinate with other department for any activities dispute

保持与税局、业务、客服及相关人员的良好关系 Develop, build, and well manage the relationship with Local tax bureau / sales & CS department, the related government officers, internal & external auditors & parties

上司交代的其他工作 Other tasks be assigned by Supervisor

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

本科及以上学历，财务会计专业 Bachelor’s degree major in finance

5年以上应收或者总账工作经验 Minimum 5 years experiences in AR or GL function

有1-2年管理经验优先 1-2 years supervisory or team management experience is preferable

熟悉各种准则及合规知识 Knowledge of accounting and reporting standards and ICFR

持有会计高级或者中级职称，CMA/CPA优先 Senior/Intermediate accountant, CMA/CPA is preferable

积极主动，有高度责任心，耐心且细心 High responsibility, initiative at work, patient, and detail oriented

  良好的英语听说读写能力   Good   reading, writing, and speaking in English       良好的沟通协调能力，熟悉office软件和金蝶   Good skills   in communication, Excel, PPT, K3
