About the Role

· Establish the system to lead all business units head driving for breakthrough objectives towards company business strategy of Automotive and Non-Automotive components,

· Maintain and plan the quality KPI for the company, e.g. COQ, COPQ, Customer complaints, dppm, etc.

· Manage to reduce customer quality complaints with factory and to save failure cost as Minimum as possible in customer claim event.

· Conduct regular quality techniques training to our staff, 16949, Lean

· Direct & maintain the effectiveness of company IATF certification and Customer development of quality system.

· Qualify & approve new product /materials/ process/ suppliers in all Business Units especially the Automotive Process of APQP, PPAP.

· Manage Automotive Standard running effective for all PPAP submission. Consult for 5 TS tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/FMEA/SPC) to be used and the Error proofing, Poke-Yoke.

· Perform internal or external audit to company & suppliers & take care of customer audits.

Requirements

· At least 5 years solid experience in quality management;

· Must have solid quality management experience in Auto related industry;

· MUST with knowledge of TS16949; Sound knowledge of ISO system (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000; etc…) and other safety regulatory requirement (RoHS, UL, etc…) are preferred;

· Have good communication skills and people management skills;

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

注塑部 拥有一枝专业的注塑加工队伍和多年的注塑加工经验，拥有注塑机多台，实行两班作业，加工能力强，效率高，品质稳定。
品质部 有精密高度检测仪器和工具，对模具制作和注塑加工的全过程进行质量控制和检测，同时提出工艺改进方案，从而保证了产品质量。
我们公司可以提供17%的增值税票。为客户设计图纸，满足客户的各种需求。
