工作描述：

根据建立的供应商矩阵，在整个公司战略中寻找产品和供应商

了解供应商/工厂的生产能力与绩效

在深入了解产品和零部件的基础上进行价格谈判。谈判的供应商应满足并遵守公司的政策和要求。

亲自执行订单，管理订单执行，及时、主动地解决产品和生产问题

为供应商评估提供输入，收集相关数据以制定采购建议

熟悉物料清单分解，

与项目经理，销售，质量控制团队和负责的采购团队合作，确保在合适的工厂进行安排。预先确定测试和生产问题，并让质量保证团队参与解决。

监督供应商的绩效，确保其达到或超过公司的关键绩效指标。

准备月度报告，使采购经理充分了解所有即将进行的项目的状态。

承担额外责任，根据需要或指示执行特殊项目，收集行业信息，并提供给公司战略团队

岗位要求：

采购操作知识，以及与其他团队有效沟通的能力

熟悉个人护理用品，如卷发器、直梳；或熟悉吸尘器行业

高度的进取心和高度的紧迫感和主动性。拥有所有权。能在压力下有效工作。

良好的产品和价格谈判技巧，熟悉物料清单

能够协调多个办公室同事的工作，并以积极协作的方式一起工作。

有很强的能力管理多个项目和时间表，并保持他们的轨道。

优秀的解决问题能力。

大专以上学历，语言、经济等相关专业

3-5年以上工作经验者优先

Job Description：

1、 Source products and suppliers throughout company strategy according to established supplier matrix

2、 Identify sourcing and value unlock opportunities. Know and understand suppliers/factories and their capabilities, capacity and performance.

3、 Negotiate price based on an in-depth understanding of product and components.On boarding supplier to meet and follow company policies and requirements.

4、  Hands on order execution,Manage order execution and resolve product and production issues on a timely and proactive manner

5、 Provide input for supplier assessment ,Collect relevant data to formulate sourcing proposal

6、 Familiar with BOM breakdown,

7、Work with the PM,Sales,and QC team and Responsible Sourcing team to ensure placements are made with right factories. Identify testing and production issues upfront and involve Quality Assurance teams to resolve.

8、 Monitor supplier performance to ensure it meets or exceeds company KPI.

9、 Prepare Monthly Reports to keep sourcing manager well informed of status of all upcoming programs.

Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed,collect industry information,and offer to company strategy team

Position Responsibility:

1、 Knowledge of sourcing operations, and ability to effectively communicate with other teams

2、 Familiar with Personal care product,like curler,straight comb;or know the industry of vacuum

3、 Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative. Takes ownership. Able to work effectively under pressure.

4、  Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price.very know BOM

5、  Able to coordinate efforts of associates in multiple offices and work together in a positive and collaborative manner.

6 、Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.

7、  Excellent problem solving skills.

8、 College Degree or above,major in Languages,Economics,and other similar

9、 3-5 working years above is preferred

10、 Know project manager is prior consideration
