领导一个操作团队或独立工作;

向船公司订舱；

向客户放舱及放提单；

与客户建立良好关系；

监控客户表现并向上级报告异常情况；

和国内及海外代理沟通以保证服务水平；

建立客户档案；

偶尔需要拜访客户；

提出建议，改善工作流程；

处理投诉；

参加内部会议；

制作日常及上级交办的报告；

支援其他同事；

上级交办的其他工作。

Job Description：

Lead a operations team or work independently.

Coordinate with customers and sales to book enough space with carriers/co-loaders.

Release space/BL to customers.

Build robust relationship with existing and new customers.

Monitor the performance of the customers assigned to you .

Report any outstanding issue to CUS manager/Sales/Branch managers.

Coordinate with local and overseas agents/partners to ensure excellent customer service level.

Establish and maintain customer file and make improvement for SOPs.

Occasional customer visits upon request.

Suggest and deliver initiatives which will benefit both customers and the company.

Handle customer complaint and claim.

Attend internal meetings upon request.

Draft reports as requested by agents/sales/customers/branch manager.

Other tasks assigned by managers.

任职要求：

2年国际货代工作经验。

英语四级或以上。

大专以上学历。

良好沟通技巧。

东莞户籍优先。

Requirements:

Two years experience in intl forwarding business.

English CET-4 or above

College Degree or above

Good communication skills

Local Dongguan resident preferred.
