职位描述

QC技术主管将负责为我们公司***的客户分析所有的质量问题并做成报告。此主管必须具有高度分析的能力和善于建构想法。

职责如下：

- 为每周交货的每个样式订单准备质量检查报告

- 分析和跟进此客户订单发生的所有质量检查事项

- 对胸罩有深入的了解，以便对胸罩的质量状况进行很好的分析

- 每周准备一份出货计划

- 确保品管经理提供质量报告所需的信息和样品以制成质量报告，以便生产经理和总经理可以研究和批准质检报告。

候选人的要求

- 有优秀的分析和组织能力

- 有优秀的书面沟通技巧

- 有能负责并及时完成一份高质量的工作的能力

- 有良好的英语书面表达能力

- ***是在服装或相关行业工作，但最重要的有学习和分析产品（胸罩）的能力，收集关键的信息去管理准备一份完整报告。

- 善于和公司同事相处

其他要求

- ***具有工程学位或类似水平，具有高度分析和组织想法的能力。

- 应聘者不一定需要工程师，但需要具有工作所需的分析和组织想法的能力。

-在任何行业工作从事至少 3 年做产品分析，研判，并根据分析的结果准备报告

Egglaston Services is a company providing Production and Quality Control services to foreign companies in China mainly in the underwear industry.

Egglaston Services is looking for a Technician QC Supervisor willing to work at our office located in Dongguan.

Job Description

The Tech. QC Supervisor will be responsible for reporting and analyzing all QC matters of the largest client orders of the company. The person has to be highly analytical and excellent at organizing ideas.

Responsibilities will be as follows:

- Prepare QC Reports for every style order for every week deliveries

- Analyze and follow up all QC Matters that happen for this client Orders

- Excellent understanding of bras so that a good analysis can be provided on the quality situation of them

- Prepare a weekly shipment plan every week

- Ensure that the QC Manager will provide all info required and samples to prepare all QC Reports that will be studied and approved by the Production Manager and the General Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Responsible to finish a good quality job and in time
• Good English written Command
• Preferably to have worked in the garment or related industry but most important is the ability to learn how to study and analyze the production(bras) to manage to prepare excellent reports with all Key Information.
• Good at managing relationships with company colleagues

Other Requirements

- Preferably with an Engineering degree or similar with highly analytical and organizational ideas skills.

- The candidate doesn’t have to be an engineer but have the analytical and organizational ideas skills required for the job.

- Have worked for at least 3 years in any industry in which the candidate has been analyzing ideas, products and preparing reports with the results of the studied products or situations

Salary: Negotiated based on Candidates skills
