Requirements:

- College degree or above;

- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others;

- Good communication skill; self – starter sprint

- Good command of computers and office software;

- Good level of written in English; can read all email in English.

- Can be considerable if he/she is willing to do even does not has this experience.

Job Duties:

- Create and prepare purchase orders for all the suppliers in a timely manner.

- Daily communication with Chinese suppliers and customer in the production schedule and delivery plan. Will clearly communication with all suppliers on this delivery plan.

- Establish an order follow up list and review with all the suppliers on a weekly basis.

- Provide weekly report of suppliers' issues for any delivery upon quality issue.

- Arrange regular shipment and provide packing list, invoice to customers on a monthly basis.

- Follow and analyze all receiving goods discrepancies;

- Assist engineering and marketing leader to arrange sample delivery for both supplier and customers.

- Prepare weekly PO status update before weekly meeting with office team,

- Other assignment related to the position arranged by the superior.
