Requirements:

- College degree or above;

- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others;

- Good communication skill; self – starter sprint

- Good command of computers and office software;

- Good level of written in English; can read all email in English.

- Can be considerable if he/she is willing to do even does not has this experience.

Job Duties:

* Work with engineering team to find potential supplier, to conduct supplier selection process, qualifications of both supplier system and component and manage this approval of supplier base.

* Work with engineering team to fill cost breakdown timely during NPI and provide exactly cost to marketing team during quotation stage.

* negotiation cost reduction with all suppliers for both component and finished goods upon yearly customer strategic and marketing strategic.

* Finalizes contracts with suppliers and internal organizations on such matters as minimums, lead times, quality rejections, price changes, sample approvals, and other Purchasing matters to ensure overhead costs are minimized and maximum value is received.

* Ordering process management, ordering fulfillment control and make it effective in a timely manner. Work with supplier to provide regular update on this reschedule. 

* Creating commercial invoice, packing list to provide customer upon each delivery. For overseas shipment, will lead this booking process and work with supplier to arrange this delivery on time.
