In this role, you have the opportunity in

Planning and leading a small team of appr. 4 team members.

Your responsibilities

l The job holder is responsible to lead the new project of the transformer development.

l Prepares and implements an integral project, in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, quality, timeline, cost & budge and staffing.

l Responsible for monitoring the whole process of planning, execution, progress of the project to identify the outstanding and pending issue, create solution to move barriers in time.

l Ensures applicable requirements to individual projects as identified in the Project Plan Checklist, are appropriately defined and its solution of timing and quality.

l Holding the mediate meetings of the external meeting with overseas clients and the internal meeting with the related dept. to follow and push the progress of the project.

l Review & updating the project plans and its implement progress and its reporting regularly.

l Potential risk evaluation and figure out contingencies and its mitigations plan.

l Participation in product, technology, samples preparation and quality evaluation management.

Job Request:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

l Education:

Bachelor degree or above,Marketing, Plannig or Electrical and Electronics or Engineering major is preferred.

l Professional experience:

- Above 5 years of experience in Project Management experience;

- Excellent PM skills on planning, reporting, presenting and decision-making.

- Good communication skills and dealing with international & multicultural teams

to work with people at all levels of the organization.

- Fluent in English in both spoken and written skills.

- Logical thinking on handling multiple daily tasks.

- Troubleshooting methodology, R&D design background preferred.

- Background in transformer industry is a plus but not a must.

- Salary: 8000+ (Negotiable)

- Location: Dongguan Hengli Town Or home office if capabilities are very excellent.
