职责描述：

 1、协助总经理落实经营发展战略计划，销售目标达成，生产运作，实现公司经营目标管理； 

2、协助总经理负责企业运营的具体管理工作布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；

3、协助总经理安排各项高层会议的日程与议程，撰写和跟进落实高层会议的会议纪要； 

4、做好总经理的日程安排预约工作，安排商务旅行；

 5、协助总经理开展商务洽谈工作及其他总经理交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求： 

1、年龄：35-45岁，性别不限，大专及以上学历。具有5年以上中型企业行政管理工作经验；熟悉组织运行和经营管理知识。

 2、本科以上学历，工商管理、国际经济与贸易、金融经济、市场营销等相关专业优先； 

3、对企业综合管理、运营方面有自己独到的见解，有创新的思维能力； 

4、具有较强的组织、指挥、协调能力；思维敏捷、反应快、领悟力强、计划性强、工作效率高；具有很好的中文撰写能力，为人正直、作风正派有强烈的事业责任心， 并善于处理人际关系。
