东莞招聘

1、根据现有编制及公司业务发展需求，分析、统计各部门的招聘需求，拟定招聘计划及招聘费用预算并报上级审批； 

2、建立和完善公司的招聘流程及体系，维护和开拓招聘渠道，起草并发布招聘信息，做好人员甄别、筛选、邀约、面试等相关工作； 3、按照招聘计划完成招聘任务，并及时进行招聘工作总结； 

4、协助领导完成公司的相关活动，做好企业文化的建设；

 5、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求:

 1、大专或以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先； 

2、三年以上招聘（普工、职员）工作经验，能够独立完成校园招聘，熟悉人力资源、劳动关系等相关专业知识； 

3、熟悉招聘的行业市场环境以及招聘的相关工作流程；

 4、具有较强的计划组织能力、沟通协调能力以及良好的团队合作意识；

 5、服从领导安排，能承受工作压力，工作积极主动，执行力强。 综合能力优秀者，任职条件可适当放宽。
