结构设计工程师/MD Engineer
Report to:Manager
Location:Zhuhai, Guangdong
工作职责Responsibilities:
Mechanical design for new products
1.Be responsible for mechanical parts design with both 2D and 3D drawings, included bending, drawn, plastics, etc. and control them in production manufacture process.
2.Support and optimize transfer product or project from abroad
SAP, CIM Database Data creation and maintenance (publish document& drawings)
1.Responsible for create Material, document, BOM in SAP
2.Responsible for create document, part master, ECN in CIM DB, and connecting with SAP & Pro/e
3.Responsible for upload drawings, BOM, both 2D&3D to CIM DB
Calculation (Mechanical BOM calculation)
1.Responsible for calculate mechanical parts of new product or transfer project from aboard
2.Responsible for tooling management both metal part tooling and injection molding
Sample approval & new material approval
1.Responsible for sample approval both metal parts and plastic parts
2.Responsible for new material testing and application
3. Responsible for material localization
Internal and external technical support
1.Providing technical support regarding mechanical issue
2.Providing technical support on tooling design and manage the tooling manufacture process and trouble shooting.

1.Bachelor degree or above. Major in Mechanical design/ Mechanical engineering or related
2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical design,Good knowledge of process and working flow of metal and plastic mechanical parts and tooling
3.Good communication skill,Good cooperation,Creative and aggressive,Ability to understand and write in English
