Key Roles and Responsibilities

1.      Develop the training curriculum for each operating function; identify training needs of each position according to the duties, roles and career path

2.      Design, develop, deliver, source and identify relevant training programs as required

3.      Manage and monitor the design and development of training courses and materials

4.      Organize company-wide events and activities

5.      Direct people development programs

6.      Any other duties as may be required by management

  

Job Requirements

1.      University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

2.      Minimum 5 years' working experience in Human Resources and Training or related field

3.      Expertise in e-learning/training design and development, experience in handling people development program

4.      Energetic and determined with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and leadership

5.      Outstanding project management, problem solving and analytical skills to deal with difficult circumstances and different parties

6.      Be result-oriented and with “Can do” attitude

7.      Excellent command of written English and Chinese, and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

8.      Station in Dongguan, Guangdong, is required but weekend and public holiday

9.      Capable candidate with less experience may be considered as “Assistant Training Manager”
