1、Lead a team of quality engineers in execution of quality activities at China facility.

2Build and direct the product quality function, work scope includes customer, product and process, supplier quality, meteorology, audit and quality compliance

3、Formulate strategies, standards and procedures for quality system and drive implementation to achieve KPI       

4Supervision the meteorology, tear down, quality lab, audit and quality process planning to meet quality vision, support manufacturing and engineering for issue resolution and close looping scenario

5Review and build quality process control plan, working with manufacturing quality team to make continuous improvements in process quality, keep on build and maintain Build in quality in all functions, and raise overall quality sense with company Operation System Tools.

6Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to reduce cost of quality. Continue improvement efforts of quality data system, first pass yield, scrap and continuous improvement opportunities in order to implement the best practice in operations.

7、Coach staff on application of quality tools to improve plant level quality performance.

8、Coordinating with inter-departments to drive for close loop CAPA on all internal and external quality issues. Communicate fleet failures and drive architecture, engineering, and manufacturing changes to improve product quality

9、Facilitating on customer audits includes of ISO 9001, 14001 and AS9100.

10、Support on supplier management and improvement programs with supply chain department.

11、Review and control of department expenses to align with management direction.

12、Support on all product safety, Industrial Standard qualification per customer requirements (CSA/UL/IPC standards).

Requirements:  

1、Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent quality experience.

2、Managerial experience with at least 5 years hands on experience in quality management

3、Experience in quality management system of ISO 9001,  ISO13485 are preferred.

4、Good knowledge in product safety compliance like CSA/UL are preferred.

5、Good knowledge in the application of quality tools like Lean, FMEA, DOE etc.

6、Good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate leadership skill.

7、Good team player to provide supports internally and externally.

8Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing, demonstrate capability to hold a conference meeting with US counterpart or customer.

9Detail oriented, ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, flexibility to reorganize and reschedule work on short notice to meet tight deadlines, have a strong quality mindset and enjoy working in a team environment

10、Experience in multi-national company is a plus.
