职位描述

一、Strategic Planning

1、 Define appropriate demand, supply and inventory management strategies in line with service level expectations, seasonal demand, tender management processes and forecast variability in coordination with operations, commercial, marketing and finance teams.

2、Develop strategies along with the factories to reduce lead times and ensure optimal capacity utilization as well as surge capacity where applicable.

3、 Develop strategy for SKU rationalization and Master Data governance.

4、Develop strategy for Business Intelligence Analytics platforms (data warehouses and dashboards in line with global standards)

5、Identify supply risks and mitigation strategies accordingly.

二、Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning

1、Manage the Sales and Operational planning activities, Define appropriate forecast accuracy, production attainment and inventory optimization goals.

2、Manage inventory levels. Direct the corresponding team to hold appropriate inventory levels based on statistical models for forecast and demand planning.

3、 Develop an inventory control system to ensure accuracy of inventory counts and guard against unplanned E&O events and inconsistencies in the future.

三、Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand and achieve cost reduction targets.

四、Work in coordination with Commercial and Marketing leaders in order to validate forward looking demand forecasts for in-market products as well as new product introductions. Perform analysis of customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage to develop and execute build to order and build to forecast plans.

五、 Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.

六、Work in coordination with Finance leaders in order to reconcile S&OP forecast projections with financial budget. Identify gaps and facilitate solutions cross-functionally.

七、Achieve financial objectives by working with management to prepare functional budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions.

八、Establish inventory policies for raw materials and FG’s in order to manage stockouts and risks, Develop safety stocks per SKU for all manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

九、Minimize open purchase orders on "high risk" products to mitigate expiry or obsolescence, 

 

QUALIFICATIONS  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1、 Bachelors in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or above. 

2、Excellent English communication skill and good teamwork

3、Familiar with ERP/MRP implementation.

4、With a record of delivering measurable results in service, inventory and cost and through the utilization of a best practice S&OP process and tools.

5、Strong financial skills, including cost modeling, cost analysis, and make vs. buy analysis. Experience in Toll manufacturing models highly desirable.

6、 With a deep understanding of and experience using SAP, Supply Chain Intelligence Dashboards. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1、S&OP Expertise: Preferred 10 years and above of experience supply chain management with a focus on sales, inventory and operational planning activities; be familiar with medical device/pharma operations; familiarity with Integrated Business Planning process is highly desirable; SAP highly desirable; familiar with LEAN principles and six sigma practice; APICS certification highly preferred.
