Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Accounting Manager to join our team. This person should possess outstanding accounting experience. Roles and Responsibilities:

？ Cost Accounting

？ Maintaining monthly liabilities

？ To Maintain Cash and Bank Book in ERP

？ Bank Reconciliation

？ To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner

？ Handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger

？ To Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

？ To Assist for Auditing

？ Income Tax Preparation

？ Expenses Bills entering and posting journal entries in ERP

？ Preparation of Invoice and maintaining the invoices

？ All types of report and record with updates of Costings including P & L on monthly basis of all group companies.

？ Effect of rate fluctuation of raw & packing material of all group companies

？ Costing P&L statement & product wise on monthly basis

？ MIS related workings pertaining to Sales & purchase Department.

？ Physical stock checking, Stock Audit, Detail and Control of all units of all group companies.

？ Fixed Asset and Intangible asset management (including accounting of software development costs)

Essential skills & Qualification:

？ Have bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a Good University in China

？ Should know China GAAP and should have working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP (Preferred)

？ Good knowledge of China Taxation like VAT, Employee Income tax, Company taxation, Tax returns etc

？ Should have worked in a full fledge ERP (Having both Accounting module and Inventory module and aware of Buying module, sales module, HR Module, CRM etc.

？ Strong knowledge in Accounting concepts/accounting standards and knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is added advantage

？ Banking knowledge like LC, OD, Guarantees for various business purpose

？ Manufacturing Trading Industry background and well versed with Stock accounting

？ Good in English speaking and mail communication in English Plus good knowledge of Chinese Language

？ Good in Costing (for e.g Landed cost, BOM, Variable costing, Gross and Net margin, contribution analysis, Project accounting etc)

？ Basic Legal knowledge

？ Exposure in handling external Consultants, Tax auditors, outsourced CPA Companies

？ Stock management

？ Well versed in Internal Control & Procedures

？ Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve

？ Strong working knowledge in ERP

？ Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel

？ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
