Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintains MPS China Finance robust framework for processes, standard operating procedures and control compliance to ensure continuous efficient finance operations alignment with the best practices while compliant with company policy& local regulations；

2. Strong strategic thinking and planning of business growth and development on financial basis and fully support company to draft and achieve long term's objective.

3. Drive strong communication collaborations with operation department across all types business and operation on high quality finance service delivery. Provide advice to operation team fulfill finance and business target, minimize finance risk；

4. Monitor and control all Finance functions: GL, AR, AP, Tax, Process, Internal Controls & FP &A；

5. Identifying suitable talent on position; through well management, coach members to leading, developing expertise skill to achieve long term team objective;

6. Assignment work by leader.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2. 10+ years experiences as Financial Management in MNC.

3. Fluent English both on verbal and written.

4. Solid foundation and knowledge on accounting functions; Professional experience in Operations analysis & financial Strategic, Global finance management experience

5. Communication, analytical skill; Business & Finance operation integration and goal achievement, Capability of find recommend compliance solution fulfill business achievements

6. Good team player and have a management skill to drive in execution;

7. Strong problem solving skill and innovative thinking, business sensitivity

8. Strong at Manufactory supply chain and ERP system, cost control. Good knowledge on identify and management investment project.

9. Strong commitment and can work under pressure.

10. Leadership, good on Identify suitable talent on position; Motivates, well management and developing team
