Key Responsibilities:

？ Assists the Development/Commercialization Manager and the Technical Services Manager in ensuring that the tooling used in development and commercialization complies with the stated design and development specifications from headquarters.

？ Assists the Development /Commercialization Manager and the Technical Services Manager in ensuring that tooling:

2 incorporates latest technological developments

2 adheres to specific development / commercialization  time-lines

2 meets with quality standards and cost efficiency objectives

？ Works with mold shops and manufacturers in the continuous upgrade of technical applications and processes and implements them into the tooling facilities. 

？ Is aware of adidas brand mission and customer focus; has some knowledge of adidas history and understands the technical direction of the product range.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

？ Must hold a degree in a bachelor degree.

？ Three years working experience in a technical engineering/mold making capacity.

？ Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM processes and applications, handling related software.

？ Knowledge on shoemaking processes and pattern engineering.

？ Fluent in English, BULATS level 3 or equivalent.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

？ Diploma or degree from educational entity preferably in related fields

？ Minimum 3 years experience in Sporting Goods Industry preferably Footwear
