任职要求

（1）要求***，身高1.70米以上，年龄23-35岁。

 （2）两年以上刀具行业或技术支持相关工作经验及接受过刀具产品知识方面的培训。具有客户销售，或五金刀具、模具等相关行业工作经验优先。

（3）能结合公司总体战略规划，独立拓展客户资源，并进行客户关系的长期维护和管理，有亲和力及高素质的服务意识；

（4）可以协助拟订公司市场战略和拓展计划并组织实施和执行；对市场信息敏感，可以独立积极进行市场调研与分析，研究同行业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，为公司决策提供依据，在有效推进整体市场拓展计划的同时能进行合理的成本控制和准确的效益分析。

岗位职责：

 1、对现有客户资源进行维护，制订拜访客户计划及项目跟踪

 2、根据客户需求提供技术支持，并独立完成刀具产品的选择与报价

 3、新客户的开发、市场开拓、扩大销售渠道

 4、负责项目的策划和执行，最终完成业绩指标

 5、完成销售报告及销售分析，对本部门提出有建设性建议

 6、负责跟踪客户的应收帐款
