工作内容：通过即时通讯工具或电话为顾客解答问题，回复咨询，引导顾客促成销售进行有效跟踪客户需求，做好售后服务工作，维护客户关系，并开发新客户网络客服京东 淘宝包住

1、通过在线工具解答买家对产品的各种疑问， 引导买家并推销商品，促成订单成交；

2、熟悉网上交易操作过程，包括**各种规则，熟练使用工具；

3、按照规定和流程接待买家并提高转化率，同时处理订单、客户的信息整理，及宝贝的跟踪回访和商品的退换货售后处理；

4、负责解决客户投诉维权，提高客户满意度，维护客户忠诚度，提高店铺动态评分；

5、协助运营做好店铺相关

职位要求：1、熟悉电脑，有较强的文字表述能力以及亲和力

2、有较强的责任心及沟通能力

3、良好的心态和服务意识

4、有客服经验以及手机通讯相关工作经验者优先，
