Picture Editing Team Lead DG

Job Goal:

Ensure the picture production of editing team fulfil the high-quality standard and the KPI goal

Primary Responsibilities:

· Finish daily picture editing work with fulfillment of KPI goal

• Edit all product pictures with high quality
• Be able to finish daily editing workload
• Maintain and update picture database
• Handle editing change tasks

· Constantly train and improve editing team

• Plan and conduct onboarding training and editing training within the team
• Discover and enhance new editing techniques and skills
• Support editing team for all editing technical problems with advanced editing knowledge

· Manage and develop editing team

• Manage team performance: work prioritization, KPI, weekly report, daily report
• Manage team members, conduct feedback talk and meeting
• Report to Graphic Team Lead

· Handle and support tasks of Graphic Team

• Work on the base of Corporate Design Guidelines and closely collaborate with Quality Control Team
• Finish all tasks from Graphic team lead
  

The right candidate must be experienced in

• 6+ years of Graphic Design or retouching experience. Major or degree in Visual design, product photography or other art related area
• Expert command of Photoshop, have a keen eye for quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, colour)
• Be able to train employees, experiences as a team lead and has outstanding portfolio, be able to transfer knowledge & implementation of trainings
• Fluent English in speaking and written. Outgoing and be able to communicate freely, also with foreigners.
• Skills in organization and process management
• Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems
