Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and write HSE Programs by creating policies, documents, procedures and methods according to relevant national laws and regulations and relevant requirements of the company in Dongguan and Shanghai office.

根据相关的国家法律法规、公司东莞和上海办公室的相关要求，制定政策，文件，程序和方法，规划和编写HSE计划。

2. Improve, implement and inspect the company's HSE management system and evaluate its compliance;

改善，实施和检查公司的HSE管理体系并评估其合规性。

3. Responsible for establishment HSE KPI dashboard for relevant locations with respect to power, water, waste water, monitoring incident and accident, emissions etc.

负责建立HSE KPI表格，以控制电力，水，废水，监控事件和事故，排放等。

4. Responsible in supervision and implementation for safety risk assessments, operation safety instructions, and analysis which should comply with national and international requirements on best practices.

负责监督和实施安全风险评估，操作安全说明，并分析这些操作以确保符合国家和国际上对***实践的要求。

5. Able to timely respond to and properly handle emergency rescue and emergencies; Implement the HSE work of all departments and provide guidance; Organize investigation, analysis and handling of HSE incidents according to authority, draw up alteration measures and implement rectification.

能够及时响应并适当处理紧急救援和紧急情况； 落实各部门的HSE工作并提供指导； 依法组织对HSE事件的调查，分析和处理，制定变更措施并实施整改。

6. Implemented HSE supervision, identification, analysis and monitoring of potential hazards, and provided basis for the company to formulate corresponding rectification and preventive measures.

实施HSE监督，识别，分析和监测潜在危害，为公司制定相应的整改和预防措施提供依据。

7. Regularly organize safety training and company fire drill, and can find out potential non-conformance in HSE work and put forward suggestions for improvement;

定期组织安全培训和公司消防演习，找出潜在的HSE工作不符合项，并提出改进建议。

8. Responsible for production safety management, environmental protection management, hazardous waste disposal, garbage disposal, sample disposal and scrap report disposal, tail gas emission and sewage discharge management within the scope of the company's logistic work, so as to ensure compliance with the requirements of the government and the company.

负责公司工作范围内的安全生产管理，环境保护管理，危险废物处置，垃圾处置，样品处置和报废报告处置，尾气排放和污水排放管理，以确保符合公司与政府的要求。

9. Responsible for the implementation of company safety policies, procedures, and methods

负责公司安全政策，程序和方法的实施。

10. Establish and maintain a god working relationship with local government and well done other work assigned by Manager

与地方政府建立并保持良好的工作关系，并出色的完成由经理分配的其他工作。

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above with at least five years of professional experience in the same or similar activities, with valid safety training certificate, familiar with ISO 50001, ISO14001,  ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001);

大学专科及以上学历，持有有效期的安全培训证明，有安全主任证，熟悉ISO 50001，ISO14001，ISO 45001（OHSAS18001）。

2. Be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations, and have relevant experience in fire control, safety management, environmental safety management and occupational health management.

熟悉国家相关法律法规，具备消防、安全管理知识、环境安全管理和职业健康管理相关经验。

3. Strong communication and problem-solving skill.

沟通能力和解决问题能力强。

4. Proficient in MS Office.

熟练运用电脑及办公软件；

5. Good English.

英语流利。
