人力资源经理/HR Manager—知名欧美制造业

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges; 
2. Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning ,understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans; 
3. Strengthening existing skill set and behaviors to support business managers to raise their capability to lead and manage change; 
4. Identification of talented individuals in their areas and building capability to support the development of this talent 
5. Build bridges across function and organization boundaries; 
6. Ensure successful execution of strategies; take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and pus goals, maintain high levels of energy; 
7. Provide others with the necessary means to be successful, create a climate where people want to excel; 
8. Lead internal communication on the plant basis. 

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree in Management or related, MBA is preferred; 
2. 10+ years of HR experience as Business HR or in a variety of HR roles; 
3. Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results; 
4. Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success; 
5. Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization; 
6. Experience of coaching & consulting, underpinned by a collaborative & supportive style of working; 
7. Experience of acting as a change agent, working proactively to make organizational change happen; 
8. Strong communication and presentation skills; 
9. Manufactory experience will a plus.
