Job Description 声学测试团队

A candidate must have diverse skills in electrical/electronic engineering, electronic test engineering, and acoustics/ acoustical engineering. They must also have organizational and project management skills, the ability to write concise and clear reports, and be fluent in English as a second language. This candidate will help the acoustic test team to

1. 1) Oversee the acoustic tester manufacturing at our site and

   joint-development with the customers that are purchasing our products.

2. 2) Be representative on-site at customer side to monitor and troubleshoot

   acoustic test issues and technology support when necessary.

3. 3) Collect process test data and provide general status reports and data

   analysis reports, including MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and Cpk

   analysis.

4. 4) Aid with knowledge transfer and the NPI (new product introduction

   processes) and documentation related to acoustic test.

Responsibilities

1. 1) Understand the functions of acoustic test hardware and software and have knowledge on the acoustics measurements performed on our testers.

2. 2) Frequent travel to support our customer in China region.

3. 3) Coordinate GRR (Gauge repetition and reappearance) and other test

   experiments and ensure data quality and robustness.

4. 4) Understand how to operate and maintain acoustic test equipment and

   processes specifically for notebook speaker and mobile speaker.

5. 5) Work to trouble shoot acoustic test issues, run necessary trouble shooting

   experiments, collect data, and report out to the managements as necessary.

Skills requirements

1. 1) Knowledge in electrical/electronic engineering, test engineering and acoustics.

2. 2) Knowledge with speaker theory is ideal.

3. 3) Experience in troubleshooting and /or verifying complex test system using

   lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.)

4. 4) Proficient in Microsoft office tools, word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

5. 5) Previous experience with project management.

6. 6) FamiliaritywithSoundCheckandMatlab,orLabviewandTestStand.

7. 7) Ability to work in a crossing-functional teams.

8. 8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and

   English.

9) Basic knowledge of statistics using software tool SPSS or Minitab to calculate process capability and analyze improvement effectiveness.

BS in Electrical/electronic Engineering, acoustic engineering, or related field.

8)良好的普通话和英语的书面和口头沟通能力。

9)能够使用 SPSS 或 Minitab 等软件进行统计学的计算过程能力并分析改进效 果。
