2. Qualification:

    任职资格：

• University degree in Finance 

       本科以上学历，财务专业

•  Fluent in English

        英语流利

•  CAP certified

        会计证

•  Over 5 years working in a multinational company and experience in the industrial sector as finance manager

        5年以上外企制造业财务经理经验

•  Professional knowledge in Chinese taxes and legal requirement and good knowledge in Chinese and international accounting practices

        掌握合理避税、国际会计准则的专业知识

• Good team player, Self-motivated, work under pressure with an ability to work independently and achieve job objective; good interpersonal and communication skill.                                                                                                 具备良好职业素养，有上进心，责任感，工作细致麻利，良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力，能够在压力下独立工作，实现工作目标。
• Understood ISO 9001/14001 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820/ SOR98/282-2015/ISO 22716   management system

3. Responsibilities:

   职责：

   

The Finance Manager is responsible for the finance and accounting affairs supervision and implements. The details are as below:

财务经理负责财务和会计事务的监管和执行。具体如下：

•  Ledger-keeping, creating and maintaining routines for payments and invoicing, and the management of bank-accounts.

       记账，创建和维护日常支付及发票工作，管理公司银行账户

•  Budgeting and follow-up, and in charge of cost-center management.

       预算和跟踪，负责管理成本中心

•  Supervise and double check the daily business transactions treatments and implement periodic closing activities, ensure the finance information accuracy, completeness and timely. And make sure that all the treatments are compliance with company’s finance procedures and GAAPS.

       监督和复核日常交易处理，定期结账，确保财务信息准确、完整和及时；并且确定所有的处理活动符合公司财务程序和国际会计准则；

•   Perform all the tax affairs and prepare the statutory taxation declaration reports, ensure them compliance with Chinese tax regulations.

        执行交税事务，准备法定报税资料，并确保其符合中国税收法规；

•   Perform finance policies and procedures, make them continuously improvement,

        执行财务政策和程序，确保其持续改进；

•    Weekly economy reports, monthly economy reports, annual economy reports.

每周财务报告，每月财务报告，年度财务报告

•   Yearly audit and economy reporting to the holding company,

         年度审核，向母公司做财务汇报。

•   Keep timely and clearly communication with other departments to make sure that the work goes smoothly,

        及时与其他部门沟通清楚，确保工作顺利进行；

•   Other tasks assigned by GM.

 完成总经理分派其他任务。
