Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for collecting and sorting out customers' technical requirements and making design plans.

2. Provide technical support (estimate NRE, list new parts and molds) and assist in cost analysis.

3. Responsible for 3D parts design and 3D final assembly design.

4. Lead the new parts mold development, including DFM, mold design review and mold approval.

5. Responsible for design review, tolerance analysis, design verification test plan and test method development.

6. Lead the sample trial production, design verification test, FAI confirmation, design change and schedule control.

7. Develop ORT (product reliability) test plan, product application training, drawing interpretation.

8. Assisted project manager in overall progress control and participated in development stage review.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years relevant working experience, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, mold design or related field is preferred.

2. Proficient in using 2D and 3D drawing software (CAD and SolidWorks).

3. Familiar with electrical connector design, Cable product design, and medical product design is better.

4. Able to communicate in written English at work, fluent oral is preferred.

5. Good at communication, careful and responsible in work.

6. Capable of technical analysis and scientific problem solving.

岗位职责：

1.负责收集整理客户技术要求，制定设计方案。

2.负责提供技术支持，（预估NRE, 列举新零件模具清单），协助成本分析。

3.负责3D零件设计，3D总装设计。

4.主导新零件模具开发包括DFM和模具设计审查，模具批准。

5.主导设计审查，公差分析， 制定设计验证测试计划，制定测试方法。

6.主导样品试制， 设计验证测试，FAI确认，设计变更，进度控制。

7.制定ORT（产品可靠性）测试计划，产品应用培训，图纸解读。

8.协助项目经理总体进度控制，参与开发阶段审查。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可，机械设计制造,自动化,模具设计类相关专业优先。

2.熟练使用2D、3D类绘图软件（CAD、SolidWorks）。

3.熟悉电连接器设计、Cable类产品设计, 熟悉医疗产品设计更佳。

4.英语可进行工作书面交流，口语流利更佳。

5.善于沟通，做事认真仔细,负责。

6.具备技术分析,科学解决问题的能力。
