岗位职责：

1. Lead the development of organization’s Production and Process Automation functions including EPM in direct relation to overall Production and Process Automation, ATE, FAE, and FATP process Automation; 

主导公司生产工艺自动化开发，为直接涉及整体生产工序的自动化、测试自动化、生产工序失效工程分析（FAE）以及最终装配、测试和包装（FATP）工序自动化的工程项目，进行工程项目管理 (EPM)；

2. Prepare and Maintain an updated automation strategic roadmap, and coordinate KPIs establishment and alignment with the company business goals.

更新维护自动化战略路线图，协调建立KPI，达成共识，并与公司业务目标保持一致。

3. Drive design and manufacturing early involvement focusing on the Design for Excellence (DFX) mechanism related to product launch and mass production.

聚焦于有关产品投产、量产实现的卓越设计(DFX)原理，推动设计和制造早期融入。

4. As the problem solver, be accountable to provide the innovative automated solutions for all engineering / technical issues from both external customers and internal stakeholders; 

作为问题的解决者，负责为外部客户和内部利益相关方提出的工程技术问题提供创新的自动化解决方案；

5. Maintain a highly directed focus on researching and implementing innovative and leading edge automated and semi-automated production / assembly processes maximizing efficiency and margin growth.

保持高度聚焦于研究和实施创新的、前沿的半/自动生产或装配工序，实现效率和利润***化。

任职条件：

1.Bachelor's Degree or higher in  related engineering field, such as mechanical, textile, chemical, material industrial, etc. 

本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业，如机械工程、纺织工程、化学工程、材料工程等。

2. Approximately 5 ~ 10 years’ solid experience in automation engineering with approximately 2 years in management level. 

5到10年扎实的自动化工程经验，约2年管理层经验。

3. Strong background in production processes, basic understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering, tooling and fixture design, equipment design and functionality, and automation. 

在生产工艺方面有很强的工作背景，基本理解机械和电子工程、工装夹具、设备设计和功能、自动化。

4. Strong leadership & analytical skills, and the ability to lead & develop teams, programs, and work independently. 

领导力和分析能力强，能领导发展团队和项目，工作独立。
